Senior HR Manager, Ann Sacks Tile & Stone 

Location:  Portland, Oregon


Are you interested in advancing your career as a Human Resources professional? As the Senior HR Manager reporting to the President – Ann Sacks Tile & Stone, you will be responsible for providing the Human Resources function with vision, direction and leadership for the Ann Sacks business. Key accountabilities will include organizational development, staffing and retention, succession planning, training, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits.


Requires 7-10 years of prior HR business partnership experience. Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field required. Previous supervisory experience and at least 5 years HR background in either a manufacturing environment or retail sales/showroom business preferred. Post graduate training in HR or Management strongly preferred.
