The Maintenance Supervisor will have the opportunity to apply their leadership skills to supervise, direct, and coordinate Maintenance employees. The Supervisor is responsible for assigning personnel daily to perform the tasks required to minimize equipment outages. Responsibilities also include auditing work methods, provide guidance to reporting craftspeople, and evaluating performance of subordinates.
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
2 year degree or higher preferred, but we will consider a candidate with comparable experience with a high school diploma.
Experience should include familiarization with maintenance-related activities and functions; including planning, scheduling, equipment repair work, costing, and repair parts operations. Additionally, experience should include record-keeping and report preparation.
Ability to communicate both written and oral.
Supervisor plant equipment repair activities.
Initiate stockage of equipment repair parts and supplies.
Prior experience in a leadership role, engaging teams.
