EHS Specialist 

Location:  Kohler, WI

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the EHS field? Do you have experience in a manufacturing setting? If so, please consider our EHS Specialist position in Kohler, WI.

In this role you will drive and support all aspects of the safety and health for the Cast Iron division.  This will include the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS (Health and Safety) programs designed to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and control workplace EHS hazards at the Cast Iron facility. Key activities will include accident investigations, ergonomic improvements, OSHA compliance and implementing Kohler Safety Management Systems (KSMS). You will provide assistance to all areas to achieve compliance with regulatory agencies in order to minimize EHS hazards and risks while promoting a safe, healthy and sustainable work environment.


  • Our ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years’ experience with safety programs in an industrial setting.

  • A bachelor’s degree in EHS or engineering disciplines required.

  • Strong planning, organizational, problem solving, communication, and relationship building skills are essential.

  • Experience in a foundry or manufacturing environment
