Order Administrator - Purchasing 

Location:  Portland, OR

The Order Administrator – Purchasing role reports to the Purchasing Manager for Ann Sacks. As an Order Administrator, you will be responsible for entering accurate date in the system, managing purchase orders, and providing support to the sales staff and/or vendors when needed. You will be responsible for resolving blocked invoices in SAP, tracking the status or orders, and entering order confirmation and shipping to the sales staff and/or customers. Skills/Requirements

An ideal candidate for the Order Administrator position will have the following:

  • High school diploma, preferably a two-year degree in a business related field
  • Highly detail oriented and process inclined
  • Positive attitude, highly personable, articulate, and professional. Can adapt to dynamic situations
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products preferred
  • SAP experience is preferred
