Area Manager - West
Location: Portland, OR, San Francisco, CA, or Los Angeles, CA

The Area Manager, West has the primary responsibility for managing the staff, the operations and the financial concerns within multiple showroom locations. This includes effective supervision of the staff, adherence to company policies and procedures, and attainment of profitability and financial objectives. This individual will also get the opportunity to work with providing great customer service to everyone who walks into a showroom, the talent development of their associates, and manage the marketing and advertising budgets for their locations.

This position does require travel of 50-80% of the time.
An ideal candidate for the Area Manager position with Ann Sacks will have the following:
- A minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in retail, multi-showroom or architectural/design firm
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Degree in business, management, architecture or design is preferred
- Experience with profit & loss responsibility is preferred, with a minimum of $20 million in annual net sales volume
- Experience with multi-location management is preferred
- Experience in a luxury sales environment is highly preferred, and experience in the plumbing and tile industry is a plus
